Event Bookers:
So how does it work? Why use an agency? With over 20 years in the industry from both an artist management, touring, production and promotional viewpoint we are ideally placed to put the right band in the right place.
You explain to us your needs and ball-park budget and we will find you the perfect solution. It's about subtleties. It's easy to just to book any band but we know what's important. The venue, ceiling height, acoustics, audience capacity, is it out outside, is there power/PA? All these things play a huge part in getting the right artists to suit your circumstances. A simple phone call and we will come up with solutions pretty much there and then. After which we check availability and set the wheels in motion. A simple contract will be issued and in most cases a deposit will be payable at the time of booking. If in the unlikely event things go wrong then an agent is perfectly placed to put them right too. So by using us you eliminate the messy bits, you are happy, the artist is happy and we are on stand-by to assist with any hiccups.
For Artists:
Firstly we promote our roster of artists to venues, festivals and
clients at no charge to yourselves. We enter into a dialogue
with a potential client and as your band gets booked we will
negotiate your fee to include our commission. We will draw
up the contract between the client and ourselves. You and I
will refer to our contract which is a rolling arrangement.
Operations:
In addition we can hands-on support such as event
management, album launches and lighting & sound.
Media and PR Support:
We can take acre of your social media and we
also work closely with a sister agency providing website,
band photo or promo videos.
Social Media:
From Live Streams to Social media marketing campaigns. we can manage this for you, creating content
and footage and sharing to relevant platforms within the industry. See an example of an album promo video here.
We also have a monthly music series showcasing our bands to the public and promoters/press (where possible).
What we don't do:
We don't really provide mainstream party music or pop cover bands. Whilst some of our acts are suitable for
weddings and parties they would be more suited to vintage, unique, festival themed or diverse settings.
